Breast surgery is one the most frequently performed cosmetic procedures to enhance, change implants, fat transfer, reduce, correct asymmetry, lift the breast or to offer breast re-construction. Mr Mark Ho-asjoe performs all the breast surgery procedures we highlight on this page.

BREAST ASYMMETRY
Breast asymmetry can range from very minor to gross asymmetry involving volume, shape and nipple position. There are multiple techniques including volume replacement, contour re-shaping that can help to improve asymmetry.
BREAST AUGMENTATION (FAT TRANSFER)
Autologous (patients’ own) fat transfer or lipo-modelling is an alternative choice for breast augmentation and body contouring. In this technique, fat cells can be removed surgically using liposuction technique.
AREOLA REDUCTION SURGERY
Areola reduction enhances breast symmetry and proportions, offering increased confidence.
BREAST UPLIFT (MASTOPEXY)
Breast uplift surgery can raise and reshape – though surgery cannot permanently delay natural changes. Mastopexy can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple.
MALE BREAST REDUCTION
Gynaecomastia, also known as Male Breast Reduction Surgery. This procedure normally involves liposuction and also a small incision beneath the areola on the chest wall for removal of the glandular tissue from the male breast.
BREAST AUGMENTATION (IMPLANTS)
Breast implants come in different volumes and shapes and in general, volume increment in a single surgical setting is limited by skin tone, footprint of the breast and shape of the patient.
BREAST REDUCTION (MAMMOPLASTY)
Breast reduction procedure involves reducing the amount of breast tissue whilst uplifting the breast tissue at the same time. In order to achieve the desired outcome the Cosmetic Surgeon will reposition the nipple and areola to give the breasts a natural appearance.

BREAST RECONSTRUCTION
Breast reconstruction is a surgical procedure restoring the size and shape of breasts after mastectomy or wide local excision. Women who have been stricken with breast cancer turn to reconstructive surgery to restore their body image.
